Floral Bar Cart & Floral Rental – Process & Policies

Thank you for choosing our floral bar cart service! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following guidelines for renting the cart and any accompanying florals.

 

1. Reservation Process

  • To secure your rental date, we require a signed rental agreement and payment of the rental fee.

  • Once booked, your date and items are reserved exclusively for you.

 

2. Delivery & Pickup

  • We deliver the bar cart and/or florals to your event location at the agreed-upon time.

  • After your event, we will return to pick everything up. Please ensure the cart and rented items are ready and accessible at the scheduled pickup time.

 

3. Cart Conditions & Care

To avoid additional fees and ensure a full refund of your deposit hold, please make sure the cart is returned:

  • Clean – No spills, sticky residue, floral debris, tape, or decorations left on the cart.

  • Undamaged – No dents, scratches, broken hardware, or structural damage.

  • Free of unauthorized modifications – No nails, screws, glue, paint, or added hardware.

 

If you decorate the cart, please use only temporary, non-damaging materials such as ribbon, string, or approved removable hooks.

 

4. Floral Rental Care (if florals are included)

  • Please keep rented florals away from open flames, extreme heat, or water damage (unless noted as water-safe).

  • Rented floral arrangements must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

  • Any missing, heavily damaged, or unreturnable florals will incur replacement fees.

 

5. Security Deposit Hold

  • A refundable security hold is placed on your payment method before the event.

  • The hold is not a charge; it simply sets aside funds in case damage occurs.

  • After the cart and any rented items are inspected upon pickup:

    • If everything is clean, complete, and undamaged, the hold is released in full.

    • If cleaning, repair, or replacement is needed, the appropriate amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance (if any) will be released.

 

Please allow your bank’s standard processing time (typically 3–10 business days) for the hold to fully release.

 

6. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within the allowable window (as stated in your agreement) will receive a refund of the rental fee, minus any non-refundable booking retainer if applicable.

  • Late cancellations may forfeit the rental fee.
